Stock Availability and Delivery
Orders will be shipped as soon as we can, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. This will normally be within 3 working days. We will let you know if there is any delay in your order. Deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are not going to be able to receive the parcel.
Colour Reproduction
Whilst every attempt has been made to accurately reproduce the colours of all our products online, there may be a degree of colour variance.
Overseas Delivery
Orders from overseas are welcome. Please contact us for specific charges and any import duties.
How to Pay
Standard Delivery Charges
UK (2-3 working days) - £4.99
Orders over £100 – free delivery
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.
Returns
We can only refund and exchange within 14 days of despatch. Sadly we cannot cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by recorded delivery to Pegasus Tack Ltd, Riding Farm, Riding Lane, Hildenborough, Kent TN11 9LN. Sales items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please report within 24 hours of delivery, or next working day, as any delay may affect our ability to deal with the matter quickly.
